A collection design or something personal?

Choose an existing design from our collection, personalize a wood name sign, or commission a piece around your own logo, wording, or occasion. For a custom project, send your idea, preferred size, quantity, and deadline through our custom-work inquiry form. Artwork and reference photographs can be emailed to mp@vermontcreations.net.

Choose a size that fits your space.

Many collection designs are offered in 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 28, and 32-inch sizes. Availability varies by design. Check the individual listing for the full dimensions and orientation; a size in the title does not mean the piece is square.

Before ordering, mark the listed width and height on paper and hold it in the intended location. Consider the viewing distance, surrounding furniture, and how much room you want around the carving. Ask us about custom dimensions if the standard sizes do not fit.

What should I allow for production and delivery?

Regular catalog orders up to 24 inches have a handling time of 3–5 business days before shipment. Sizes 28 inches and larger have a handling time of 10–14 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Custom-commission timing is confirmed with your quote; contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

Shipping is free on all US orders. We do not ship internationally.

What makes each piece different?

Precision carving creates the relief and detail; hand finishing brings out the wood grain. Natural grain and color variations mean each piece can differ from the photographs. Refer to the individual listing for the wood, finish, dimensions, and any design-specific information.

How should I display and care for it?

Check the listing before choosing a hanging method: mounting hardware is not supplied with many of our carvings. Use a mounting solution appropriate to the piece and your wall, and ask us if you are unsure. Keep wood away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Discuss an outdoor location with us before ordering.

Can I return a plaque?

Standard non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our shipping and returns policy. Custom designs and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please contact us before returning an item.
